This volume is our intro to the Red Ribbon Army, a recurring group of villains that feel a lot more grounded than the more otherworldly villains we see in Z.
Dragon's Crown is a classic beat-em-up, and one I've actually played a few hours of back on the PS3 with my friend. I never owned it back then, but I recently picked up the PS4 version dirt cheap and decided to give it a try.
The tournament arc concludes in this volume. There's still plenty of great art, but the final fight drags on a bit, and overall I liked this volume a bit less that the previous one.
Another great entry in the series. This was my favorite volume so far, as Goku and Krillin finally begin their training and the back half is filled with the fight scenes that made the series famous.
